Albert Mangwea (16 November 1982 – 28 May 2013), also known as Mangwair or Ngwair, was a Tanzanian new generation music artist. Gheto Langu, his first single, was released in 2000 at Bongo Records studios.

His album A.K.A Mimi, released in 2003, is regarded as one of the best albums in Tanzanian new generation music, featuring songs such as Mikasi, She Got a Gwan, Gheto Langu, Dakika Moja, and the title track.

A.K.A Mimi’s album was named Best Hip-Hop Album at the 2004 Kilimanjaro Music Awards. Nge 1982, Ngwair’s other album, was released in 2009.
