Global Green Growth Institute
The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is an international organization dedicated to supporting and promoting green growth. It was founded in 2012 by the governments of Denmark, Mexico, and Korea, with the goal of helping developing countries transition to a more sustainable, low-carbon growth path.
GGGI works with governments, private sector organizations, and other stakeholders to design and implement green growth policies and programs that can drive economic growth while also addressing environmental and social issues. The organization focuses on a range of areas, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable transportation, water management, and sustainable land use.
GGGI has a global network of offices and partnerships, and works with countries around the world to support their green growth efforts. It also conducts research and provides technical assistance to help countries understand and address the challenges of transitioning to a green growth model.
